§ 92.20 INSPECTIONS; VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The Fire Chief may at any reasonable time and upon reasonable notice inspect premises, buildings, installments, or equipment for the storage and handling of ammonium nitrate.
   (B)   If a violation of this subchapter is found to exist, he shall file with the owner, occupant, or operator a notice citing the violation and ordering its correction. If this order is not complied with, the Fire Chief may suspend the permit issued for the facility.
   (C)   In the event that an inspection reveals a violation of this subchapter serious enough in his opinion to constitute a clear and present danger to the public safety, the Fire Chief shall take whatever measures are necessary to correct, abate, or remove the hazard or condition.
