10-2-7: AUTHORITY:
The city has the authority to oversee, provide assistance for, and require compliance by controllers in the execution of their responsibilities as set forth in section 10-2-10 of this chapter.
The city has the authority to ensure the protection of public trees during any construction or maintenance work. (Ord. 332, 12-16-2002)
