4-3-5: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. Compliance with a notice delivered pursuant to subsection 4-3-2B of this chapter does not relieve an owner of liability for violation of subsection 4-3-2A of this chapter.
   B.   Any person found guilty of a violation of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 446-90, 4-9-1990; amd. 1995 Code)
