Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this code, where no other penalty is set forth, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for any offense 1 . (Ord. 1134-05, 7-25-2005)
