3-3-7: PENALTY:
Violation of any provision of this Chapter shall be a misdemeanor. A person convicted of violating any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 165, 12-8-1980; 1996 Code)
