(A) It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to drive the same when such vehicle is so loaded, or when there are in the front seat of such vehicle such number of persons, as to obstruct the view of the operator to the front or sides, or to interfere with the operator's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any passenger in a vehicle to ride in such position as to interfere with the operator's view ahead, or to the sides, or to interfere with the operator's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle. (Ord. 385, 3-1-1943)
No vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of the fire department when laid down on any street, private driveway or streetcar track to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the fire marshal or fire department official in command. (Ord. 385, 3-1-1943)
No vehicle shall be driven on the streets of the city unless the same is equipped with lights, warning devices, brakes, license plates, rear view mirror and any and all accessories or equipment which may be required by the laws of the state. It shall be unlawful for anyone to operate a motor vehicle upon any street in the city unless such person is the holder of and has in his possession a driver's license issued to him by the state of Montana and currently valid; provided, that this requirement shall not apply to the operator of a vehicle licensed in another state or country if the operator thereof possesses a driver's license currently valid in said state or country.
