10-10-1: UNATTENDED VEHICLES:
No person having control or charge of a motor vehicle shall allow such vehicle to stand on any street unattended without first setting the brakes thereon and stopping the motor of said vehicle, and, when standing upon a perceptible grade, without turning the wheels of such vehicle to the curb or the side of the street or highway. (Ord. 385, 3-1-1943)
10-10-2: USE OF COASTERS, ROLLER SKATES AND SIMILAR DEVICES:
It shall be unlawful for any person upon roller skates or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device, to go upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk. (Ord. 385, 3-1-1943)
10-10-3: CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES:
It shall be unlawful for any person traveling upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any toy vehicle to cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to any other moving vehicle or streetcar upon any roadway. (Ord. 385, 3-1-1943)
