§ 51.021 OUTSIDE CITY; SCHOOLS, PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITIES, OR GOVERNMENTAL FACILITIES.

   (A)   All water customers located outside the municipal limits shall be charged triple the regular rate provided in § 51.020(A). All sewage customers whether they are located inside or outside the municipal limits shall be charged at the rate provided in § 51.020(A).

   (B)   Water or sewer service deposit charges to users located outside the municipal limits shall be double the deposit charge provided in § 51.020(B) for users located inside the municipal limits as set by the fee schedule.

   (C)   Water or sewer service rates for all schools, public housing authorities, or other governmental facilities, wherever located, shall be at the rates in § 51.020(A).
