ORDINANCE NO. 423
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE VILLAGE OF HATCH, NEW MEXICO, that Title 13 Public Services, Chapter 13.08 Sewer Connections and Services, Sections 13.08.010 Connection Fees; and Section 13.08.030 Sewer Service Rates; of the Hatch Municipal Code be amended as follows:
13.08.010: CONNECTION FEES: The connection fee for sewer service is one thousand three hundred dollars ($1,320). If for any reason the sewer service is cut off for any user, a connection charge as set forth in section 13.04.075 of this title shall be paid upon such reconnection. The aforesaid connection fee does not include the costs of actually making the connection to the sewer facilities. These actual costs of connecting shall be paid by the user.
13.08.030: SEWER SERVICE RATES: For sewer service the following rates shall be charged per month:

This Ordinance shall be published once and shall be in full force and effective five (5) days after publication.
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ARE HEREBY REPEALED.
