§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Open burning.
      (1)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 95.01 through 95.05 of this chapter shall be assessed a civil penalty as set forth in § 32.07 of this code. Each and every violation of the provisions of §§ 95.01 through 95.05 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

      (2)   Any person found violating the provisions of § 95.05 of this chapter and found guilty shall be punished by a fine as follows:
         (a)   First violation: $10; and
         (b)   Each subsequent violation: $25.

   (C)   Fireworks. Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of §§ 95.20 or 95.21 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $20 for a first offense, $50 for a second offense and $100 for a third and subsequent offences.
