§ 95.05 TREE LEAF BURNING RESTRICTIONS.
   The burning of tree leaves in a manner that shall cause nuisance, detriment or annoyance to any person of the public is prohibited, except between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to one hour before sundown when no fire hazard will occur.
