§ 95.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
   AGRICULTURAL WASTE. The byproducts of waste materials from any type of agricultural operation.
   REFUSE. Any type of filth, vegetable matter, straw, paper, food, wood, glassware, garbage, rubbish, sweepings of any kind or any type of material which is being disposed of as waste.
   TRADE WASTE. The waste products from any manufacturing operation or any business operation.
