§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   General penalty. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Nuisances.
      (1)   In addition to the collection of costs as defined in § 93.04 of this chapter, any property owner or owners failing to abate nuisances under the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.04 of this chapter shall be assessed a penalty of $100 per count of violation of §§ 93.01 through 93.04 of this chapter.
      (2)   Each and every day or portion thereof which elapses after the final order to abate the nuisance under the procedures defined in §§ 93.01 through 93.04 of this chapter shall be deemed to constitute a single and individual count of violation and shall be assessed the fine for each violation so defined.

   (C)   Noise.
      (1)   Any person found in violation of the motor vehicle noise limits set forth in § 93.15 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200.
      (2)   Any person found in violation of any other provision of §§ 93.15 through 93.19 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 for a first offense, not less than $75 for a second offense and not less than $150 for a third and subsequent offenses.
      (3)   Each day that a violation is in effect shall constitute a separate offense.
