§ 93.19 EXEMPTIONS.
   The provisions of this subchapter pertaining to restrictions on noise emission and the emission of sounds shall not apply when the noise or sound emission is for the purpose of alerting persons to the existence of an emergency nor to the emission of sound in the performance of work to prevent or alleviate physical or property damage threatened or caused by a public calamity or other emergency.
