1060.07 EQUITABLE REMEDY OF CITY.

In addition to the penalty provided in Section 1060.99, the City Attorney is authorized to commence a legal action for the purpose of obtaining injunctive relief to restrain any person from a continuous violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
