§ 51.30 DEPOSIT REQUIRED AS SECURITY FOR PAYMENT OF WATER CHARGES.
   (A)   As security for the payment of bills for service under the schedule set out in § 51.11, each prospective customer shall deposit with the Town Clerk an amount to be fixed by the town. This amount of the deposit will be approximately one and one-half times the average monthly consumption expectancy and shall in no event be less than $45. If a customer represents an undue risk, the town reserves the right to charge a reasonable amount in excess of $45.
   (B)   Upon the discontinuance of water service and upon the payment of all charges and/or bills for repair, the deposit theretofore made shall be refunded.
