(A) The schedule of charges provided in the town’s adopted budget ordinance will apply to any applicant tapping into a water main. These charges will remain in effect until changed by the Town Council.
(B) The water service connection charge and the tapping privilege fee shall be paid at the time of making the application for service. Upon having the water turned on at the service location, the applicant will be required to pay a processing charge of $25. (Ord., passed 1-13-79; Am. Ord., passed 4-14-86; Am. (C) All water tap privilege fees must be paid at the time the compliance permit is issued.
