(A) Sanitary sewer use fees include a quarterly minimum charge, or basic sewer charge, and a quarterly sewer usage rate for residential property and commercial property (per residential equivalent unit), respectively, as set forth in the current city fee schedule.
(B) Sewer user fees will be waived in instances where separate meters are installed and used only for irrigation, or in similar non-sewered uses.
