(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) If any person shall violate any provision, rule or regulation of § 150.03, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, punished as prescribed by G.S. § 14-4. Each day that a person shall continue to do any act in violation of § 150.03 shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. Further, § 150.03 may be enforced by injunction and order of abatement as provided for in G.S. § 153A-123.
(C) Any owner or person in possession of a mobile home who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of § 150.40, or any person who shall counsel, aid, or abet any violation or failure to comply shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $50, or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
