The regulations set forth in this subchapter shall apply specifically to residential zones as determined by the zoning code, Chapter 155 of this code of ordinances, and amendments thereto. Only those types of signs referred to in this subchapter may be utilized in residential ones. Signs listed in this subchapter shall be subject to all other general provisions of this chapter as applicable.
