§ 118.74 OPERATION OF VEHICLES LONGER THAN 12 HOURS.

It shall be unlawful for the driver of any taxicab or limousine to operate the same continuously for more than 12 hours. No owner of any taxicab or limousine shall permit any driver of any taxicab or limousine to be in continuous duty as a driver for a greater period than 12 hours.
