§ 118.73 REFUSAL TO PAY LEGAL FARE UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to pay the legal fare of any of the vehicles mentioned in this chapter after having hired the same, and any person who shall hire any vehicle herein defined with the intent to defraud the person from whom it is hired shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. It shall be unlawful for any taxicab or limousine driver to charge fares in excess of the fares provided in this chapter; and any taxicab or limousine driver charging or collecting any fare in excess of the fares provided herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
