§ 118.68 OPERATORS MUST BE OWNERS OR EMPLOYEES.

It shall be unlawful for any taxicab or limousine to be driven or operated within the corporate limits of the city by any person except the owner of such taxicab or limousine or authorized agent or employee of the owner.
