§ 118.65 CRUISING IN SEARCH OF PASSENGERS PROHIBITED.

No driver shall cruise in search of passengers at any time and whenever a taxicab or limousine is unoccupied, the driver shall proceed at once by the most direct route to the garage where the vehicle is housed or to the regularly established stand.
