§ 118.62 UNLAWFUL TO REFUSE TO CONVEY AT RATE POSTED.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or driver of any taxicab or limousine to refuse to convey a passenger at the rate specified on the rate card displayed as provided and set by the terms of this chapter.
