Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 118.99 and the City Council may, in addition to the penalty, upon ten days' written notice and opportunity for hearing before the Council, temporarily suspend or revoke the permit to operate any taxicab or limousine so involved and/or prohibit any taxicab or limousine so involved from operating in any manner on or over the streets of the city.
