§ 118.03 OPERATION BY MINORS OR ILLEGAL ALIENS PROHIBITED.

Every person who may drive any taxicab or limousine used in the business of carrying passengers for hire upon the streets of the city must be over the age of 18 years and must not be an illegal alien.
