§ 118.02 OPERATION BY NONPERMIT- HOLDERS PROHIBITED.

No taxicab or limousine for which a permit shall have been granted shall be operated by anyone except the permit holder or the fully authorized agent or employee of such permit holder. No limousine shall be operated as a taxicab as defined in § 118.01.
