§ 113.66 FRAUDULENT STATEMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to make any false, fraudulent, or untruthful statement on any application for food service manager's certification or knowingly to conceal any material fact or give or use any fictitious name in order to secure or aid in securing a food service manager's certification. Any such food service manager's certification card so secured shall be void.
