§ 131.29 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Generally. A person who violates any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500 for each offense.
   (B)   Notice to comply. Unless a timely request for hearing is filed under § 131.24(C)(1), an owner commits an offense by failing to comply with § 131.22 within 15 days after the date of a notice to comply under § 131.24(A).
   (C)   Abatement order. An owner commits an offense by failing to comply with an abatement order issued under § 131.24(C)(2).
   (D)   Affirmative defense. It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this subchapter that notice was not given to the property owner in compliance with this subchapter.
