§ 131.22 GRAFFITI REMOVAL REQUIRED.
   It shall be the duty of the owner to remove or cause all graffiti to be removed from the owner's property unless the graffiti is located on transportation infrastructure and the removal of the graffiti would create a hazard for the person performing the removal.
