§ 154.08 BUILDING PERMITS.
   No building permit, certificate of occupancy, plumbing permit, electrical permit or utility tap shall be issued by the city for or with respect to any land within the city limit for any parcel of land which was developed not in conformity with the provisions of this chapter until full compliance and proper approvals have been obtained.
