§ 117.07 RATES.

Any person who uses or receives the emergency medical services of the city shall pay the city for such services. Charges for emergency medical services shall include, but is not limited to, mileage, standing time, standby time, oxygen, medication and/or other related expenses incurred by the City EMS. The City Council shall set the rates for emergency medical services provided by the City EMS in the annual budget.
