The following information will be useful in tracking the progress of the Water Conservation Plan.
(A) Data from the annual Texas Water Development Board Water Use Survey, Water Audit and Water Conservation Report will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation schedule.
(B) The uniform rate structure used for billing will be evaluated annually. Data from the Texas Water Development Board annual Water Audit Report includes water purchased, water billed, water losses along with the retail cost of water will determine the effectiveness of the current uniform rate structure on water use. The annual water replacement program will be evaluated annually based on the following replacement schedule as outlined in § 52.48.
