§ 1-621.   Appointment; Qualifications; Compensation.
The requirements for appointment, qualifications and compensation are set forth in the Charter. Council may change the Manager's compensation by resolution at any regular or special meeting of Council, unless such compensation and changes thereto are fixed by contract.
