Each department, office and agency shall furnish, upon authorization by the Township Manager, to any other department, office or agency such service, labor and materials as may be requisitioned by the head of such department, office, or agency, and as its own facilities permit, through the same procedure and subject to the same audit and control as other Township expenditures.
