KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 1-506.   Enforcement of Ordinances.
The Township Manager shall be responsible for the enforcement of ordinances. Upon approval by Council resolution, the Manager may delegate authority for the enforcement of ordinances to any Township employee(s) and/or to a Code Enforcement Officer hired for such purpose.
