The minutes of any Council meeting shall be considered unofficial and shall not be entered in the journal until signed by the Township Clerk and approved by Council by motion. A copy of the unofficial minutes shall be provided to each Council member a minimum of 5 days prior to voting for approval. Should Council for any reason fail to approve the minutes of a meeting within 90 days following receipt of such minutes, those minutes shall be deemed approved as presented.
