1. Bids Not Restricted to Brand Names Mentioned. When brand names, model numbers, etc. are mentioned, they are unless otherwise specified, intended to indicate type, quality and design, and not intended to be restrictive, but rather to establish criteria for the intended use. Bids on similar design and quality will be considered and evaluated.
2. Manufacturer's Literature Required. All bidders are required to submit with their bid, complete manufacture literature which describes the item(s) being offered.
