1. Domestic Manufacturers or Their Authorized Distributors Only. Bids will be accepted only from domestic manufacturers, unless not domestically available, their authorized distributors or dealers who are actively engaged in the sale or manufacture of the items called for in the bid.
2. Equipment Desired. Equipment other than new current year models (unless otherwise specified) will not be considered.
3. Sub-contractors. In the event portions of the units called for in the specifications are to be installed, constructed or assembled by a sub-contractor or sub-contractors, the bidder must complete the information requested in the specifications. The Township also reserves the right to determine if the necessary facilities are available to the bidder to comply with the terms of the contract and specifications. This determination will in no way relieve the contractor of prime responsibility for the completion of the terms and conditions of the contract.
