1. Charges and Costs to be Included. All prices are to include all transportation, delivery and packaging charges to the Township of Hanover or other destination as specified. All incidental costs such as transfer of titles, registration plates and/or temporary tags are to be included in the bid price.
2. Deduction for Trade-In. At times, the Township may have equipment of equal specifications to be traded in which will be available for inspection at the Township Garage or as specified in the solicitation. Bidders will deduct for trade in on the bid.
3. The Township is exempt from State and Federal taxes, and an exemption certificate is not required by a political subdivision. Prices shall be exclusive of all taxes.
