Sealed bids must be written in ink or typewritten and shall be submitted on the forms issued. Electronic secure bids shall be submitted electronically on the Bid Platform selected by Council. Bidders are expected to examine all instructions, specifications, drawings, sites, installations, etc. Failure to do so will be at the bidder's risk. On sealed bids erasures or other changes must be initialled by the person signing the bid.
