When used in this Part 10, the following words shall have the meanings indicated:
PERSON—Any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, association or other entity.
PROHIBITED SUBSTANCE—Paint, grease, fats, oil, chemicals, sanitary sewage including contents from any sewage holding tank or portable or mobile toilet, garbage, trash, grass clippings, construction waste or other debris.
STORM SEWER SYSTEM—Pipes, drains, gutters, conduits, swales, retention or detention ponds, or inlets located in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, and used to receive, store or convey rainwater and melt from other precipitation in or through the Township.
