KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 18-916.   Clean Up Costs.
Any and all costs incurred by the Township for cleanup of conditions resulting from any violation of this Part 9 shall be paid by the permit holder for the violation. Payment shall be made within 30 days of rendering an invoice by the Township.
