1. Disposal of all greases removed from any grease trap or grease interceptor shall be in accordance with the requirements of the PA Solid Waste Management Act (Act 97 of 1980, 35 P.S. § 6018.101 et seq.) and all other applicable laws and at sites or facilities approved by the PA Department of Environmental Protection and no grease or greases shall be put back into the sewer system. 2. Pumpers/haulers of waste greases operating within Hanover Township system shall operate in a manner consistent with the provisions of the PA Solid Waste Management Act (Act 97 of 1980, 35 P.S. § 6018.101 et seq.) and all other applicable laws.
