KEY TO THE DISPOSITION OF HANOVER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCES
§ 18-910.   Appeals.
   1.   A user may appeal any requirement for the installation of a grease interceptor or grease trap, including the specifications required for the same, to the Hanover Township Building Code Appeal Board.
   2.   In any such appeal, the user shall have the burden of proof for any matters of fact at issue before the Building Code Appeal Board. [Ord. 563]
