§ 18-906.   Non-Cooking Establishment Requirements.
Grease trap/interceptors may also be required in non-cooking establishments and other industrial or commercial establishments when they are deemed necessary by the Hanover Township Engineer for the proper handling of liquid wastes containing grease. Any non-cooking establishment required to have a grease trap/interceptor shall be considered an FSE for the purpose of this Part 9.
