§ 18-705. Hearing Board.

The Hearing Board, as established by § 18-715(5), shall arbitrate the differences between the approving authority and owners of any improved property on matters concerning interpretation and execution of the provisions of this Section by the approving authority. Cost of arbitration shall be borne by the person requesting arbitration.
