The Township Manager is hereby charged with the administration and enforcement of the provisions of this Section. He is empowered to prescribe, adopt, promulgate and enforce rules and regulations relating to any matter pertaining to the administration and enforcement of this Section, and to prescribe forms necessary for the administration of this Section. The Township Manager may delegate duties provided herein to other Township personnel or personnel of the City of Allentown.
