1. This ICRS implements the requirements of § 204(b)(1)(B) of P.L. 92-500, 33 § 1284(b)(1)(B), the amendments of 1977 as well as the regulations and guidelines issued pursuant thereto, in order to maintain eligibility for Federal rants which provide necessary funds for the construction of wastewater treatment works.
2. It is the intent of this ICRS to provide for payment by each industrial user, in addition to the already established system of rates and charges currently in effect, of such user's appropriate share of Federal construction rant funds which are allocable to the treatment of industrial wastes by the Township.
